ABOUT
Welcome to the website that follows a Ryerson University Early Childhood Studies student fulfilling her internship with VIBE ARTS For Children and Youth.
This blog has been constructed as a guide to inform newly recruited artists about the experiences when working with a group of children.

The blog includes ways to expand children's creative thinking, encourage independence and self-empowerment, managing a large group of children, behavioural management, and cultural sensitivity.

It will also include different teaching methods and external resources to help others find an educational approach that is best suited.

This blog is used as a guide for others who wish to teach art to children and youth.

During the fall semester, Intern M will update the website with her reflection of her week with VIBE ARTS & the programs she took place in. In addition, she will provide her perspective as an aspiring educator and review the various
teaching methods & approaches with each age group.

Intern M will review and give insight on which teaching practice works best with what art form that is being taught.
